Charletans. Reviews on here are false due to Prestigio insisting you write a review at point of sale so don't believe these positive reviews. Bought a Ford Tourneo 2018 for £14000 as advert looked very good. Upon testing the car I noticed a squeaky clutch. Raj just said yes I know!!! I thought I'd let it go as a squeaky clutch pedal is usually a simple lube fix. Then a few days later I noticed a few more things wrong. The gear knob top came off. The DAB radio has a search fault. Petrol cap is bent. Tyres not new. Vehicle wasn't valeted. Had to buy a new battery. AdBlue was empty. On a positive note the engine seems to run fine and looks well looked after. The body looks asthetically fine. On the whole there were too many things wrong for a car of this price. You feel a bit ripped off. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on. All the faults that I stated should definitely of been checked and fixed prior to selling. Update.... Made numerous attempts to contact them for reimbursement of faulty parts but to no avail. My comminications have been seen but ignored. Have reported them to trading standards. Legally a company has 30 days after sales to fully reimburse you but as they do not seem to be completely legit I had to go further. All they had to do was acknowledge me but nope. There's usually a reason why companys ignore you. As I say trading standards are now involved so will await to see what the outcome is. Steer clear of these people please.

Think I would have had an easier transaction with Arthur Daly!The dealer demanded 1/2 the price as a deposit to have the car delivered. I am slightly disabled and could not make the journey to car lot. With this paid the car was delivered to my home by I think Raj who was polite and helpful but any calls to his boss was not in English. Incidently, the dealer said the delivery price would be included in purchase price but I was charged for delivery. £60.On inspection of the car I found an oil leak from the oil filter housing. On calling the dealer he said the cap just needs to be tightened up. A few days later I tried to undo the cap, it is meant to be 5nm it was more like 50nm and had to use a bar to undo it. I did replace this part as it was damaged by overtorque and an oil seal was missing.The test ride revealed parking sensors not working and a slight pull to the nearside. This was just a new tyre problem that went away when I swapped wheels. There was no spare or toolkit only a used Volvo puncture repair kit. Further inspection revealed the front nearside lower suspension arm had been replaced for MOT. The workshop who did this managed to puncture the inner CV boot covering everything in the grease that was once inside.As for the service before delivery, I think this maybe doubtful as the oil wasn't good, either old or cheap. The air filter was filthy.As for cleanliness, I don't think they know the meaning of the word, the outside was dirty with plenty of bush damage on the body. On bringing this to the attention of the boss, he did discount £300 from purchase price. The inside had a strange odour I can't explain but it wasn't of leather!! It now has the correct smell.I was going to reject the car but the dealer insisted on returning my money after a few days. but, he took my money directly.Ok, so now I took a gamble as the car was in good condition and paid the remainder.I did ask if all the paperwork was present and the answer was yes. Due to me having a mind fizz at the time I forgot to check. There was no V5 just a photocopied application form with mistakes. I went to the post office with a new form the next day to which I was told I would have to send to DVLA as a previous keeper was shown. Another £25. I would not be able to legally use the car untill it was taxed, 3 and bit weeks later.The "warranty" I was told didn't cover wear and tear, well, anything that breaks or goes wrong can be wear and tear.The time I have had the car and not been allowed to use legally has given me time to present it as it should be. A full detail valet inside, outside and underneath. It now looks like its value.This is a statement of fact not opinion.
