Update: There’s no conflict in my review, perhaps you should read it properly before responding publicly.I received the car on 1 April and reported the clutch and horn issues on 15 April via WhatsApp and email, well within two weeks of purchase. You ignored the messages and only instructed me to email after I chased you by phone.The car was finally collected on 26 September, almost five months later — which is what I meant by delays. The delay was entirely on your end, not mine.An independent, VAT-registered garage confirmed that the clutch needed replacing, yet you continue to deny this despite written evidence.Instead of taking accountability, you’ve chosen to mislead and deflect. I stand by every word of my review and have already escalated this to the Financial Ombudsman Service under my rights in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
