First of all car was purchased by my wife and wasnt roadworthy as break pads worn right down as our garage said the car shouldn't have been driven until corrected .Then after that ac didn't work and something else had to be tightened by prestigio cars garage on the car ,which we had to get a taxi back to leave car with them .then taxi to go garage to pick it up.Now the guy at garage keeps harrasing me about my other review messaging me.so unprofessional to say the least.god knows why I recommended my wife to buy a car from them.one great thing is that finance company have been brilliant 👏
Would never advise anyone to buy from here they sold me a car that had more than 25 major faults to it and I didn’t want to even help me get it back to them selfsThe car could of made me have a really bad crash luckily I found out by taking it to another garages due to a part of my car not working
Having found the car I was looking for, a second car doubling up as a vehicle capable of transporting my large RC model aircraft, I decided to make the purchase with Prestigio cars. Having had a full hip replacement I needed to place my trust in this ( what appeared to be) a reputable car dealership ship. This turned out to be a colossal mistake and probably one of my biggest in 66 years! Due to my inability to drive for 6 weeks I decided to ask for the car to be delivered. A zero tax, 65-75mpg 1.5 Diesel estate is now quite rare as Dacia no longer produces this version of the Logan MCV. I paid over £4000 for this 2015 car. It should have been A.1 mint for that price. It was delivered filthy dirty inside and out with a foul smell of damp dog! One key only. It drove well but that was the only good part. I had to pay 1/2 towards a new cam belt as it was almost due and a full interior valet inside due to the stink and dog hair everywhere! I sold the car yesterday ( 6 months later) and it was a struggle to get £2000 from carwow. Apparently the front right side was aligned due to collision damage which to be honest I hadn’t noticed. In my opinion, based on these facts this company overcharged me for this vehicle and took full advantage of my need to have it delivered ( cost £400) My advice is to avoid Presigio cars as they are very dishonest and are not reputable. I feel totally justified in shaming them.
Bought a van earlier this year head gasket went within 20 days they fixed it but sent it back with no coolant then in august a bolt fell out and the turbo has blown so I rang several times to get a refund which is law in the consumer rights act they Tod me I have warranty which I paid for so I rang as warranty only to be told there is no warranty on that van and they haven’t done anything in over a week and constantly ignore you.Please don’t buy anything from these guys they are completely useless and don’t have any after care at all
