Do not buy or deal with this company, they are Australian based and you receive only automated responses to deal with complaints!! I have been trying since December to activate a BOOTS card and I cannot use it and I’ve tried to get a refund from Prezee and all I get is automated responses and no help or refund! I’ve tried BOOTS, but they can’t help! Prezee told me, they don’t do refunds and can’t help me! If I could help it, I would not give this business even one star!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. I regularly spend a lot of money with them and their customer service is non existent. I purchased a travel card which said it can be used online with Hoseasons. Turns out you have to use through a 3rd party company which has no Hoseasons properties available. There was no information regarding this in the t&c on the app when I purchased explaining this. I asked to cancel or even swap for a different gift card to which I received an automated response. Promised contact from a manager but never recieved. Won’t be dealing with them ever again. 400465828893You have basically responded saying that you can’t do anything. Wasted my money for no reason. In future give more information for people purchasing. You are not helping you have basically told me to deal with the company directly and washed your hands of the matter. Absolutely livid with this company.

I've bought many gift cards from them…

I've bought many gift cards from them and used them with ease. Then my child bought one without my permission, and the customer service advisor was polite, professional and fast acting in canceling the card for me. I judge good customer service by the way a company handles it's positives and negatives, and this was expert level customer service. I definitely recommend using them for all your gift card buying needs.
