This company is amazing! Firstly, let's talk about the products. I GOT A BRAND NEW Joolz Aer 2. I was the first to use it. My baby's toosh was the first to be in that buggy!

We hired the Doona pushchair and base for the car whilst over in the UK for 20 days and what a experience start to finish. We came over from Australia and the car seat we were given from the car rental company was shocking to say the least, so after a little research I came across Tiny Explorers and they were a delight to deal with. Within 24 hours I had the Doona and base sent to us in the West Midlands with also the foot muff. For collection/return Tiny Explorers organised DPD to collect which was so convenient for us. When we come back again I will 100% be using them and would recommend them to anyone!
This is our second time renting a pram from tiny explorers rental, and we will be returning back for our next holiday too. All the products are so reasonably priced and 100% worth it. The yoyo pram is our favourite and takes the stress out of the airport chaos and even better you can take it onto the plane. 100% recommend this company and also have amazing custom service - helping me to track down my last AirPods which I left in the pram and had them returned safely back to me!
The service was excellent, and we highly recommend their rentals. We needed a cozigo for a long-haul trip to Australia with our baby in a bassinet on the plane, and renting saved us a lot of money compared to purchasing one for single use! The delivery was incredibly quick, the product quality was impressive, and the company made the return process very straightforward, even providing WhatsApp support for any inquiries. An exceptional and effortless experience, highly recommended. We rented a mobility buggy for a three-week trip to South Africa, and bringing my son’s wheelchair would have left no room for luggage in our rental car. The rental option was ideal. It was delivered to our home and picked up for return. Communication was seamless, and the customer service was outstanding. We had an amazing experience renting a pushchair from this service. The entire process was incredibly smooth from beginning to end. The pushchair was delivered on time, was in excellent condition, and returning it was completely trouble-free. I arranged for a child seat and a bed rail during my Christmas trip to the UK. The delivery and return process was seamless. I will definitely use the service again, as it was much more convenient than lugging a child seat through the airport.
I ordered a footmuff as depicted, but was sent a cheaper version that didn’t fit, yet was charged the same price. Additionally, I received a different color for the stroller. While I understand that variations can happen, it would have been helpful to be informed about the color change or to be asked for my preference. The sheepskin liner was also in poor condition. The customer service was very abrupt and lacking in understanding.
