I placed an order for multiple items but only received one. Out of five total orders, only two have been fulfilled. I reached out to inquire about a two-piece outfit, confirming both items were in stock. However, I only got the jacket and not the jumpsuit that accompanies it. I've been waiting over a month for the second part of the set I specifically asked about before ordering. I requested not to receive just one item if they couldn't provide both, and I would prefer a refund instead, which has not been processed.
I really like the clothing line, but with my recent order, I only received two items out of the total. I'm still waiting for the rest of my items. There are no tracking numbers available to check on the status of my purchases, especially since I needed these outfits for the holidays. It's disappointing, and now I have to go out and find alternatives.
