I never write review but I had to leave 5 star for them. Not only in my area are their scooters of a higher quality than any other competitor (and by a mile, making the scooters not only more enjoyable to use but also SAFER because they don't slip and tremble as much when riding)

but also, this morning I forgot to end my ryde after using a scooter for a 5min trip, their app sent me a push notification on my phone that I noticed 55minutes into the ryde (appreciate the feature). I sent a customer request for a refund completely expecting to get denied as it was entirely my fault, but to my surprised they actually refunded me the entire trip no questions asked. They earned their 5 star for me.

Frauds Beware, I would not use this for long term. They are unsupportive and will charge you unfairly. Would prefer Voi anytime

Poor design and experience

Not working for me (this time) in Luleå. I had to get a bus instead... I am a seldom-user.- They put a no-ride zone across one of the main cycle paths in the city.- Without prior warning the bike indicated a problem and would or could not move further - I had no idea what was going on, so assumed it broke (I hear that Voi has a MUCH better voice-interface for this). I made a failure-report and assumed it would not count as not-allowed parking.- Another bike was right there, so I started on it - it too would not move (afterwards I realize due to the no-ride zone).- The app-map is of poor design with regards to colors - the no-ride zone has low visibility.- Support gave a quick first response and then nothing.I will take this as a learning experience for how to NOT design a map&GPS service and instead look at Voi and Bolt for inspiration.

Worst scooter company in Oslo

Worst scooter company in Oslo. Scooters are greesy, often broken and slow. The slow zones are the biggest. They change no parking zones without letting anybody know so place where you park scooter everyday might not be available next day. The customer service just lies all the time. They supposed to have some award program for good parking, never get anything. The answer is always the same - we have a lot of photos to check, our teen is doing whatever they can. How come I haven’t got anything after a year of using this bullshit. Never again.

A mence to societies

Electric scooters, a mence to societies, ryde banned in most countries but europe is sissy. None to call when ppl dump the bikes that are hazards. Bikes causing accidents, being left without fining the user who hired the bike (not hard to see where the journey ended after pay and where the ryder left it...). A mass law suit for all the stress and damage these fast bikes are causing is that what Ryde needs? Take some responsibility Ryde "Technology" where the tech that makes users that behave well get discount and ban users that leaves them everywhere. Companies needs to take ownership of stupid users.

Boycott Ryde

Boycott Ryde. When it comes customer service, they will quite literally tell you that they won’t be responding to your matter any further if they deem they have done everything they can, when they merely didn’t even try. This company doesn’t deserve to succeed based on how they treat customers. Totally Dog of a company.

Awkward hiring policy

I have encounter many people with years of previous experience as mechanics that are never hired for Ryde.I found fascinating how they are competent for other mobility companies but not for Ryde.Then I noticed a pattern in the denied people and Ryde employees.

couldnt stop ryde and didnt get a refund

wouldnt stop the ride. came back an hour later and could stop it. this is obviously the rydes fault and they only gave me back half the money I spent and they gave it to my ryde wallet
