The products are great but when we got the vanity some parts were missing in november we sent an email with pictures and they had us sending 3 more emails until they decided the send us the missing items. Well its February and 8 emails later and we still havent recieved them.

I finally decided around December 18th to buy the famous Princess Room desk. I got my whole family involved and couldn't wait to receive it. I live in France, so I was prepared to receive it in one to three weeks after Christmas… THE NEXT DAY (18 hours after placing the order), I received my desk in perfect condition, and since I live on the ground floor, the delivery driver kindly brought it right to my door. A PERFECT EXPERIENCE in every way. I was really lucky, or perhaps their service is simply impeccable!
Unfortunately I’m not satisfied with my purchase, I have been contacting for days to get a solution but have not been contacted back. I ordered a vanity but I got a mirror instead. I’m currently still paying it off without receiving the right item or anything from the company. It’s frustrating as well since this vanity was a surprise gift for someone special to me only to get the wrong present. It’s sad that I have to write a not so good review but it’s my only hope of getting help at this point.

I have never written a review before even though it was bad, but this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I ordered a table and mirror from Princessroom, and it took them three months to send me all the parts. During that time, I was left without my furniture, and my room was a complete mess, I literally felt homeless in my own home.At first, they only sent one part of my table and left me waiting for the rest. Every time I contacted them, I received contradictory answers: first, they said the packages had been shipped, then that they were lost, then that they would send new ones—but nothing happened. I spent weeks trying to get answers and was constantly dismissed or sent in circles between geodis and the shipping company don’t even get me started on geodis, that is THE WORST shipping company I’ve ever had to deal with. Not ONCE have I been contacted from them, I had to contact Princessroom so they could get in contact with geodis from my behalf. They kept insisting they “knew what they were doing,” yet nothing got resolved.The worst part? They only took action AFTER I filed an official complaint with the EU Consumer Protection. Funny enough, right after Princessroom received the notice that they legally had 30 days to send my missing items, they suddenly started responding and making an effort. If I hadn’t escalated the issue, I probably would never have received my furniture.Now that I finally have my order, I can say that the quality is beyond disappointing. The glass on the mirror and table is extremely fragile, breaking into tiny pieces just from light use. It’s shocking how cheap the materials are, especially considering how expensive this furniture is. The funniest part? I found the exact same table on Aliexpress for a fraction of the price - so that’s probably where they source their products from, which explains the ridiculous waiting time.Princessroom is a complete scam. Horrible service, cheap quality, and a nightmare of an experience. Save yourself the stress and buy from a reliable company instead!
It is a big scam. I want to warn everybody - don’t order goods there. Goods are not delivered and you receive always the same answers “they will check the tracking number and submit it. “But they are lying, playing on time so that you can’t recall the money. I already got the police involved!
