Review Time
I paid for my download and have not received any link or anything to download, I have emailed twice their customer services department and not heard anything back. My money has been taken from my account. Very disappointing and a con it would appear from my experience.
I was so excited about my purchase, I wanted all, so, i Bought the mega package that apparently contained everything of the website. I received what I think is and older link that doesn't containe everything. Many of the important bundles that I need just did not come. I wrote to custumer service many times (24/7 as they offer) but no answer. I feel myself scammed.
Extremely disappointed with Printables by Lisa. Got the ADHD mega bundle. Was frustrated and disappointed to realize that just because it seems all the other planners are COLORFUL that this one would be too. I paid so much for extra ink and top quality paper and now it's recycling because it's not fun to use.The SATISFACTION GUARANTEE is total BS! I've sent 3 messages over the past month and I just keep getting more emails trying to sell me more stuff and nothing in response to my request to HONOR the "SATISFACTION GUARANTEE"!
