The survey was easy to navigate and enjoyable, with straightforward questions. Truly appreciate the variety of survey and reward options, including loyalty bonuses and points that can be redeemed for gift cards. It has a user-friendly and clean interface that was highlighted by several users who have used it for years. I can honestly say that I enjoyed the experience and the way the platform is designed. However, experiences vary widely, but for me, this is a nice one!
Easy to answer surveys. Site is well laid out and it's easy to pick surveys that suit how much time I have. Takes a while for points to add up, but that's only a small annoyance. I enjoy sharing my opinion and slowly earning a reward for it.
I wasn't going to leave a review, but Toluna bombarded my inbox with an automated email ASKING me to! Ok then... Toluna is not brilliant. I'm sure the organisation that runs the their survey site mean well, but they really DO need to clarify their 'points' system for postings. Spending up to an hour helping them to earn their fees from their clients SURELY warrants a better 'rewards' system. Maybe Toluna should take a leaf out of 'One Polls' books. one Poll surveys take only around four minutes each AND in a short period of time about two months, I've already received £40 in my bank account for just a few minutes a day.
Not easy to find a survey that one is able to complete.

Toluna does what they say. They do not shower you with lots of surveys, but whenever you do get one, it usually works. Some send you 100s of surveys, but you do not match most of them. And if Toluna promises to give you points when a survey does not match, they do. You also get chances to get points by doing polls, play games, etc.
Great customer service easy to complete and fair pay. Unfortunately too many screen outs. Which would be fine if it didn’t take so much of your time to determine you’re not a good fit. Otherwise it’s an ok app.
Wow toluna has improved their payout system for paypal and it is now instant. For the first time I received it instantly. Yey. Kudos to toluna for making payout more faster. I am excited to answer more surveys soon. Thank you so much.

I’ve been using Toluna for three months now, completing surveys in my downtime – here’s what I’ve found.
The Good:
• Surveys come through regularly (a few times a week) and cover lots of different topics from shopping habits to tech opinions.
• The mobile app is really easy to use – great for knocking out a survey while waiting for a coffee or on the commute.
• Cashing out was straightforward: I’ve got £20 so far via PayPal and a Tesco gift card, with no delays or problems when redeeming points.
The Not-So-Good:
• Disqualifications are a pain – I’d say I get booted out of about a third of surveys, even after spending time on the opening questions.
• Points add up slowly. Most surveys are 50-200 points (5p-20p each), so you need to be patient to reach the £10 minimum payout.
• Some longer surveys (20+ mins) don’t pay any more than shorter ones, which feels like a waste of time.
Final Thought:
If you’re looking to make a bit of extra cash or get gift cards without much effort, Toluna is decent. Just don’t expect to earn enough to pay bills – it’s best as a little bonus for your spare moments.
