I was excited to create a booklet for new pet owners, but after downloading, I found 147 pages of repetitive content. I sought help to condense it but received no reply. Additionally, the claim that it can be edited without premium access is false, leaving me unable to use it since I can't download or print without paying. This has wasted a lot of my time, and my inquiries have gone unanswered.
I bought a resource pack aimed at teens, hoping it would be beneficial for my work. Unfortunately, I suspect the persona behind it may be an AI, based on their social media presence and comment responses. While the pack serves as a decent starting point, it contains several grammatical errors (e.g., using "The bodies response to worry" instead of "Body's"). I'm currently editing these before I can use them! It seems you get what you pay for, so I likely won't purchase again from this source.
I have no confirmation or proof of my payment. There was no email sent, and I assumed I was purchasing a physical copy that would be delivered. I'm unsure of the current status and would like a full refund due to the lack of communication.
I bought the pack this evening. Although the initial link was broken, the one in the email worked perfectly, allowing me to download right away. It’s a useful resource for art therapy and will assist me in my work. Some pages may be available for free elsewhere, but I’m satisfied with what I received.
I wish I had read reviews beforehand. I found the same items online at much lower prices, suggesting they may have been copied. I contacted the seller, who claimed not to be a therapist but mentioned someone helped design the materials. I’m skeptical of this and have not received a refund. Some printables were also of poor quality and didn’t print correctly. Overall, a waste of money.
