Calendars missing from orders.

I have been ordering calendars for several years at Printerpix for my family. To pay for my orders, I usually use coupons “Groupon”. But, this year, I forgot to mention the quantity of calendars. So I just received one calendar A3 instead of 5 calendars A3 paid. Thanks to Lisa David, I finally received all my calendars. She was very understanding and nice.

Re your answer to my first claim, I've tried again to use my voucher ZBTHAFQOTBSW which I had bought from Groupon and it workef !!!. I had the same problem with previous orders and vouchers from Groupon, but now each problem has been résolved.Just one thing, your answers take à long time.However I am very pleased of the quality of your photos.RegardsPatricia Pehourticq
