6 March 2024 UPDATE: After numerous emails with no response and then contacting them via social media they have promised to refund the rest of my order and given me a refund reference number. I am also still waiting on the £7.99 refund for the postage as promised by Andrew Robello since 5th January 2024 but to date not received in my bank! Will give it another 7 - 10 days because they say the finance manager needs to approve it. Will update.DISGUSTING COMPANY PLEASE AVOID!!!! HEADS /BODIES/TEXT CROPPED OFF ALL PAGES IN PHOTOBOOK AND NO REPLY FROM PRINTERPIX!!!!!! Please don't use this company. I'm in a long battle to try and get my money back and it's been months now no reply from them after previously emailing Andrew Robello and Cheryl Stephen at Printerpix. Paid for rush delivery on 23/12/23 but arrived almost a month later. Photobook received with heads/bodies and text cut off even though my photos were all within the borders I have videoproof and screenshots of my online order. I emailed them already they know the issue but have ignored me. Only used them because website promised rush delivery but in hindsight wished I had read reviews first. They have my emails and my order number they know who I am and know about the issue but have not bothered to resolve this. I only get a reply if I leave negative reviews on Trustpilot so will continue to do so. Please avoid this company you will be bitterly DISSAPOINTED. Filing a claim with PayPal and if that fails then I will file a chargeback with my bank and if that fails I will take it to Financial Ombudsman and report them to Trading Standards. I will also write to the BBC Watchdog since there seems to be hundreds of customers in the same situation. I won't give up and won't let this company get away with this. Its unfair that honest people are being scammed this way. Please don't trust any of the fake positive reviews on Trustpilot either as Trustpilot themselves have flagged this company for breaking Trustpilot policy by how they are displaying reviews. Just save yourself the hassle and use more professional companies anyone but these guys.
The customer service for France does not exist. I sent a couple of emails and call at least 20 times. I get no answersI had to call in the NL ($$) to finally talk to someone…I have ordered a couple of time in the past but I think this time was the last time for me…. Coloranland are a bit more expensive but more professional
