Long-time user but missing human support

I have been with this service for nearly 20 years now, and I've kept the same number all this time, which is quite rare these days. Throughout the years, I've experienced nothing but great service...BUT...now it seems impossible to reach anyone, a real person, not AI or automated prompts. This service has been incredibly helpful during tough times, but that was when I could actually speak to someone. Please bring back your support team.
