Placed an order during the holiday season, but it hasn't progressed.

I ordered an item around the holiday season, and while it indicates that it has shipped, there has only been one update. I've reached out multiple times via email, but no one is responding to my inquiries. I realize now that I should have investigated the shipping process from overseas. Who knows what additional import fees I might have faced. A valuable lesson learned.
