We ordered the ACR T400, but it was out of stock. The estimated wait was about three weeks, yet it arrived in just ten days. The sales team was incredibly helpful. I just had it installed and am very pleased. I didn't know that you aren't supposed to burn both fuels at the same time, though.
We love our new Gazco eReflex fire and were pleased with the level of customer service we received throughout the process. We missed the small print that stated the fire couldn’t be delivered inside the property so that was a slight challenge getting it in ourselves.
