Rude, Abusive, and Completely Unprofessional

My interaction with this agency was shocking. Their representative didn’t just show a lack of professionalism — they openly used abusive and insulting words toward me. No serious company should ever treat people this way.If this is how they communicate with potential clients, I can only imagine how they treat actual customers.
