I give 4 stars because I believe the print quality is very good, and the framed eco canvas prints along with regular framed canvas prints are also beautiful. I do regret that I've noticed minor damage to the frames on a few occasions. I wouldn't be pleased if my work arrived at a customer's location in that condition. I hope that quality control before dispatch can be improved. However, I appreciate the after-sales service. When I report a problem and include a photo of the defect, the mistake is always rectified, and the work is redone and resent.
As an artist, it's crucial for me to work with a print lab that prioritizes quality. After spending days or even weeks creating a piece, having it printed to reflect the time invested and accurately represent the images in tone, color, and detail is essential. When setting up a digital gallery for people to buy and enjoy my artwork, I want the process to be seamless and eco-friendly. This is why I have chosen this service as my primary POD provider. They consistently meet and exceed my expectations for quality and service.
I've been with this service for four years, and overall, they have been exceptional. Orders are always processed quickly, and the team is consistently helpful whenever I need assistance. While I'm not a fan of the AI live chat and stock issues do arise occasionally, the team is quick to assist when that happens. I do wish we were notified about stock problems a bit sooner to keep our customers informed, but compared to other companies I've tried, this service really stands out. After testing a different provider for another product, I've come to appreciate this service even more and will continue to use them for my art. My experience has been great, and I know I can count on them.
Honestly, the worst UI experience I’ve ever had. I just wanted to print my own work and frame it for the wall... but I ended up giving up entirely! It was impossible to figure out how to do it. First, they insisted on storing my card details. Then, the file types weren’t supported—yet there was no clear indication of which formats actually are.I mean if png and tiff are not supported, then what is?! I’m not even sure if I was on the right page, but frankly, from so many options and confusion - I couldn’t care less now. I will be printing my artwork somewhere else. The only good thing about Prodigi is their sample box. That’s it!

I ordered 3 different sized jigsaws to trial their products before adding it to my store. £80GBP later and I wont be using this company nor recommending them. The jigsaws were flaking the the art work peeling off before even unpacking the whole thing. It's been 7 days since complaining but their team havent responded. I have supporting photos. I'm really disappointed and would appreciate some financial relief
This is not a serious company. Totally unreliable. They had an issue with my art file (100% caused by them) and didn't bother to tell me. They waited until I asked why my order is late before telling me my art file was wrong - but it wasn't. Then I have to wait until monday to get a response, I give them the same art file and they place the order again. Now an entire week later it still has not shipped, and for some reason it's being printed in the UK instead of Australia (order is to New Zealand). They have no answers. 12 days since my first email and 18 emails later, no closer to getting this order delivered because it's late AGAIN. They say production time is up to 4 business days and after 6 days it's considered lost. HOW CAN IT GET LOST IN PRODUCTION?!?! What a I supposed to tell my customer? This is how you get 1 star reviews, by working with suppliers like Prodigi. I only use prodigi as backup for rare orders, and I will try to not even do that any more. Absolutely do not trust your entire business to this unserious company.
After placing an order, I contacted customer support and never received a real response — only automated AI replies. My issue was never resolved. This was my first and definitely my last order on this platform. I work with other POD providers where customer service is truly exceptional. I would give zero stars if I could.
