Review Time
I've used Prodigi for over a year now to provide drop shipping services for my shop. Recently I have reduced a lot of my interactions with them. Orders seem to be constantly going 'missing' in the post and never delivered. As first I thought this was Royal Mail, however since printing and sending my own products - not a single issue with deliveries. I get the feeling they're raising postage labels but never actually shipping the product.I have one order where I am now on my third attempt of getting it shipped and am now in week 3 of the customer needing to wait - ending in bad reviews for my shop.Other things to note - Often the mugs arrived damaged to customers due to poor packing and sometimes orders that are meant to take 72 hours end up taking over a week.Customer services are always quick to respond but their reliability for printing on time and the items arriving is so unpredictable now I have lost all trust with them.
After a brief stint using a local printing company, during which time a number of parcels went missing, I decided to look for a more reliable print on demand partner. I found Prodigi and ordered some samples with the 50% sample order discount. Once I’d actually seen the products up close, switching to Prodigi was a no-brainer. In my opinion, Prodigi’s quality, wide product range, global distribution network and print API is unmatched. I no longer have to worry about the fulfilment side of things and can focus exclusively on creating and selling my designs.
Stay away from this print on demand company if you want to provide a healthy and fast relationship with your customers , it will badly spoil your business, you will wait wait wait for days (like 10 days or more so end up with lots of embarrassment) for a Canvas order to be shipped and write several times to get an update, they will say we are sorry and chasing with the lab and waiting a response from the lab, but the lab will either not respond or respond after your customer leaves you a 1 star review in your business, how can a printing lab can not get a shipping label in 10 days, not reliable service, extremely slow. it is impossible to get a tracking number on time while other companies take only 2 max 3 days to provide a tracking number. I will never use again.
What a fantastic find … I was starting out with greeting card designs and came across Prodigi. I have ordered many cards since then and have thrilled with the efficiency of the process and also the terrific quality of the end product. Beautifully printed and great colour quality.
