Prodigi is my go-to for selling photography online due to their high-quality prints, reliable service, and competitive prices. They offer vibrant prints in various sizes, including rare XL options, and their customer service is always prompt and helpful.
I really want to hang in there and make this work as the quality of products is great, but the shopify app is by far the most un-user friendly thing I have ever come across. It's also incredibly frustrating that you can manually order products but most of the variants are not available on the app. Nothing but very time-consuming problems with it so far.
When it comes to running my business, Prodigi has helped free up our much-needed time as well as mitigate the stress associated with order fulfilment. Their products are also extremely well made and finished to a high standard and their global fulfilment network has allowed me to scale my business globally. Its account management and customer support team is also one of the best I’ve come across too. Would highly recommend!
Following my last review, I can say I have had zero delivery complaints (thank you Royal Mail), Prodigi have been extremely courteous with answering my tech issues and updating their systems to better cater to Etsy sellers, keep up the good work! Still great value for great quality.
I’ve used Prodigi for almost two years now, and the quality of their products (the prints especially) is just fantastic. Very reliable customer support team too. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve been incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Brilliant company.
Have been using these guys for just over 5 years now, and their service is top notch. No one else compares to the quality and customer service these guys provide. If anything goes wrong they are there to help within the hour usually. Price is very competitive on top of all that, not much I can fault them for!
I’ve been using Prodigi’s services for 5+ years and have ordered all sorts of printed products from them (Fine art prints, posters, canvases, cushions, hoodies etc.) The quality has always been 10/10 and if I’ve ever had any troubles with delivery they’ve always been very helpful! Not great, used in the past and had complaints on a order. Had some successful but had some complaints and went back to who i normally use. Considered giving Prodigi a try again recently but the prices are crazy for a t-shirt, £12.50! What else do you want me to make it for you? Ridiculous. This was initially two stars, dropped to one, for the response. The t-shirt might be £8 at the beginning but after the prices go to £9 for a black t-shirt then the added tax £2.10 and shipping on top. Takes it to £12.50 for a tee, look at other UK based PoD so much cheaper.
After having had thousands of my customer's orders made by Prodigi I can say that the quality is fantastic, I often get reviews mentioning the impressive product quality, particularly the framed prints.Customer service is reliable, consistent and very helpful in dealing with the inevitable occasional issues, mostly with postal services.Their global reach has also allowed me to expand sales into new countries with minimal effort.
