Terribly slow return.

October 7 2022:I ordered a Makita DCJ205ZXL Heating jacket black, without battery and charger XLOctober 19 2022:I received a parcel containing a Makita Demolition Hammer. So I asked support for a return shipping slip. Support asked me to send an image of the goods.Oktober 20 2022:I sent an image of the goods.October 23 2022:No reaction from support so I called them and asked if they needed another clarifying picture as perhaps the Demolition Hammer was too similar to a jacket. The support blamed that the matter is with their supplier and we have to wait.October 27 2022:Mail form support: I just want to quickly update you that we have taken care of your case. I, or one of my colleagues, will get back to you shortly. If you want to supplement your case with more information, just reply to this email.November 7 2022:Mail form support: We have now received responses from our warehouse asking, "The faulty product, is the seal broken?"November 7 2022:My answer to support that there was no sealing.November 7 2022:Finally received a return shipping slip.In total 19 days to receive a return shipping slip☹And why do you need to send a photo of an incorrectly delivered item? Do they really need to see that it wasn't a jacket that I got? I'm sure everyone can tell the difference.
