The estimate delivery time on their website didn’t match the real estimate time for delivery, so I had to wait 2-weeks that my item gets available back in their stock, I ordered my item on October 6th and I received it on October 20th, now that I had received my package later than initial estimate delivery time, the item is damaged, I contact them for replacement now they put me on hold until now which is 3-days to come up with solution how to solve the issue.
