Good stuff but poor means and ways…

I knew the item that I was buying and it was good. However, the item is not fully described in their description. Secondly, the return policy is too convoluted and should be simple; on that point Amazon is much better when returning items.I think that Proffsmagasinet, which is a good company, should clean up their ordering & shipping procedure and have more clarity and ease of use.

6 months waiting for supply

Took 6 months to get my ordered product. There were no units in stock anywhere in Europe, still Proffsmagasinet reports on their web-pages to have the product in-store within two weeks. Completely not true and deceives customers to place orders for products that are not available. During the 6 months wait-time for supply I never got an update on my supply date from Proffsmagasinet. Unacceptable!
