Wrong delivery location

I expected to be away, so I submitted an online request for my delivery to be left at the front door. When I returned, it was delivered at the back gate instead. Please ensure drivers follow the provided instructions.

Confusion on delivery day

The delivery day was changed from tomorrow to today, requiring new directions. It was sent to the wrong address—someone had to search the area to find it. Completely unacceptable.
