This was out for delivery on Mon, driver said that one one was home. Wrong someone was in.Today driver called me stating he was at gate but can't get in due to padlock. I asked him to go to front door, and then he just put it through letterbox.Three days prior I start getting umpteen emails about this package needs a signature. DHL tracking page not user friendly.
Despite being in no one rang the bell left it out in the rain im 70 years old it was very heavy and my next door neighbour rang my door bell, to let me know it was out. Hes 76 and between us we carried it in just about. This is not the first time DHL have not rang my bell or knocked on the door for a parcel. I have come to expect it of evri but not your company. Very disappointed in your service
