Do not waste your time with GLS, easily the worst courier experience I’ve had in Europe. I ordered an item from the Netherlands and GLS advertised an estimated delivery time of 2–3 days. DHL/UPS were quoting 3–5 days for a similar price, and I made the mistake of choosing GLS.People I’ve spoken to who ship regularly (and use DHL/UPS as well) told me to avoid GLS completely, and now I understand why. I was told that their tracking is outdated and provides no real proof of delivery or accurate delivery details (no GPS, no clear confirmation). On top of that, customer support is effectively non-existent: they don’t respond to requests, and they ignore phone calls and emails. Completely unacceptable.Avoid GLS as plague add couple euros to your delivery cost and be confident in service you paying for.
This morning a GLS Limerick driver delivered /threw a package on the ground and left it in front of the house and walked away (see attached )There was no one at home ,ALL ON CCTV What an absolute disgrace his whole attitude just throwing the parcel at the door and walking away and couldn't give a toss
Have yet to receive my package, spent 825 euro on an item from a website and to my shock it was GLS taking care of it, it has been in Carvin, France for several days now and hasn't moved once, the website shows "The parcel is on its way to the final parcel center. For more information, please see the detailed shipment tracking below." and it's been saying that since day 1, I've emailed them twice regarding it and have yet to hear a response back, amazes me that these people are still in business.

My parcel required a signature. The driver just gave it to the shop downstairs and didn't even ring my doorbell. I had to call customer service to even find out where my parcel was. At one point customer service bot tried to tell me that my tracking number (which I entered correctly) was an Evri parcel. When I finally reached a person she was rude and tried to argue with me about my address. An aboslute shitshow. Will not be trusting anything confidential with DHL ever again.
