Shortly after purchasing the car, the air conditioning pump went faulty. The claim was fully covered and paid very quickly. Was very satisfied with the professionalism, however the only complaint I have is during initial contact I was on the phone an hour and half waiting!
Warranty companies tend to do what they do best....nothing!...only had the vehicle a couple of weeks and had timing chain issue...was sent to aa approved garage who said couldn't do job...5 garages later had to get the car 18 miles away at my cost...garage stripped car down said it would be 2 weeks because of parts.....that was a month ago...still no car back....I asked for car to go to dealership...was told to expensive.....turns out it would have been £300 cheaper.....but in any case STILL DON'T HAVE A CAR. Had the car on 27th march it hasn't done a 1000 miles since owned and haven't had the vehicle for 6 weeks of this time......about as much use as a chocolate tea pot.......would never recommend aa warranty.
