Satisfied with the AA waranty

Satisfied with the AA waranty as I've purchased a 2nd hand car from an AA approved seller and paid for 1 year cover. During this year the car happened to have faults that were fully covered by insurance and now looking back I'm fully satisfied. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that coil ignition pack had to be replaced fast and I did it on the garage that is right next to my house. AA approved the claim from one call but didn't agree to pay only a smaller rate for the labour. I had to pay in the end about 10% from the total cost. About £18 paid by me and also I had to pay the garage and to be reimbursed later as some garages don't like to bother with insurance companies. Reimbursed from AA was done pretty quick as money were in my account in 4 days after I've sent the invoice. I've recommended getting an AA warranty especially when you buy a 2nd hand car!!!

Not bad but not perfect

Edited my review as I received a phone call from AA and they explain to us why been late with payment . They are not perfect but at least they do care about customers .

Car repairs

Our car was only fixed on the third day of being at the garage because they were waiting for approval from AA to go ahead with the repairs. Over two days we kept having to ring AA to find out what was going on. Phoning and being on hold for some time was very time consuming and we didn’t feel it was up to us to keep calling AA for them to give the garage the go ahead. On the the third day our car was fixed and we were overall happy with the service we received.

Lots to like

AA Warranty

Having used other warranty and breakdown companies i would like to say a big thank you to James Purcell for helping me set up and use the AA WARRANTY covers his expertise and knowledge was great. He helped me with digital assets and booklets POS as well . I am a AA member have been for 30 years as well for my own family cars i rate the AA better then all the competitors we have had no issues with previous claims. Thank you guys and James

Satisfied with the service Rear springs were replaced without any issues, quick response from AA. Front control arms were classified as wear and tier, but previously on the phone have been told that it is under the warranty as well
