Outstanding service

Required work on Mercedes S Class just after purchase and AA Warranty covered all costs with speed and efficiency and no quibbles at all. We are going to extend this warranty when renewal due.

Prompt service

The claim was dealt with promptly the fault being a broken spring but was disappointed that you would only pay for one spring when they should be fitted in pairs

The claim process did not take time and my car was booked in for repairs. The customer service was very polite and helpful. I will always recommend AA warranty.

Very good warranty service…

I found the service very helpful and was really glad that I had taken out the warranty. The Dealer found a fault when I had the car serviced and this turned out to be a bigger job than first thought and you paid out promptly. I was so pleased I took out house insurance with the AA but hope I won’t need to use that!
