I placed an order on December 11, 3025, and it is STILL in New Jersey. After contacting the support team twice, their response was, "it's out of our hands and now with the carrier, which I believe is UPS." The items I ordered cannot be returned, leaving me at a loss of $45. This has been a frustrating experience, and my grandchildren didn't receive their gifts.

This was my first experience with this service. They claimed my package was out for delivery yesterday, and I waited all day, but I received an email stating they attempted delivery at 8 PM. No one rang the bell or knocked, and no notice was left, so I'm unsure when they will come back.
The courier used for my purchase from overseas had inconsistent tracking updates. There were many messages saying it was "on its way," and the location stuck in Belgium when it should have been delivered. It was marked as delivered the day before it actually arrived, and there was no knock at the door, which seems common. I didn't give the lowest score because the parcel arrived late but in good condition.
I am outraged by the handling of my package. I was told I signed for the delivery, but I found my package thrown into a trash container near the elevator. I only discovered it because I was taking out the trash. This is completely unacceptable and a serious violation of delivery protocols. I never received the package, signed anything, or confirmed delivery.
The service from this courier has been the worst I’ve experienced. I was expecting a delivery from overseas, and after 15 days, it still hasn’t arrived in India. They completed customs clearance five days ago but haven’t delivered it yet. They should stop misleading customers if they can't handle deliveries properly.
I'm waiting for a package from overseas, and it's over a week late. The tracker says it cleared customs but is pending taxes, yet no one has contacted me. I've tried reaching out daily, and after numerous emails, I received a vague response with no resolution. Very disappointing service.
