I had an issue with a delivery today

I had an issue with a delivery today. I really needed it to be delivered today or else it was no good to me. I rang customer care, I spoke to a lovely lady called Lisa, she couldn't have been more helpful. She tracked my documents, rang the depot to ensure a delivery slot today and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I just wanted to say thank you Lisa, I have never dealt with a nicer customer care agent. GLS you are very lucky to have her. My documents arrived this afternoon as requested.I was absolutely delighted with the customer care I received today.Katherine Bell

Terrible company to deal with

Terrible company to deal with. They couldn't locate my package for over 2 weeks. Called them 4 times before something was done about it .I was offered a refund 3 weeks ago .....no sign of it on my account.

Train your staff

I have never experienced such rudeness from delivery drivers, they need to be trained in customer service and sent home to mammy to learn the basics like 'manners'. I just spent 10 mins in the rain as the driver would not get out of the van. When I got to the van the parcel wouldnt scan so stood there while he filled out a form in the van, he then preceded to hand me the form to fill out, eh noooo! Everytime I get a delivery from GLS it is the same, I will not be ordering from stores that use this courier service in the future!

i always shopping online,twice i had a…

i always shopping online,twice i had a bad experience. the driver rang me after dropping off my parcel to drop off point to notify me than its there safe. i asked what was the reason not to drive to my house with my parcel his explanation was that he is not familiar with Tullamore. I emailed to Gls and no reply at all. The second time it happened few days ago, parcel was just drop off at the shop. no one emailed me or rang me, i ended up looking for my parcel myself, going to drop off point, paid for parking etc etc what the point to pay €5 delivery in Ireland if u have to go and collect it yourself??? I sent complaints to the both shops and i will never shop there again.

Shockingly bad

Shockingly bad. Arrived at my closest distribution center, Annacotty, a week ago. Just got it today. The tracking everyday said out for delivery and then the comment in the evening was could not deliver due to traffic. It takes twenty minutes to get to my house from that distribution center and traffic is never an issue. I know because I work in the same area. I emailed but got no reply. I rang the Dublin office and in fairness they were very helpful, but when I asked to be patched through to Annacotty they couldn't even bother to pick up the phone.

Crap gls

Still waiting Parcel sitting in gls possession over 2 weeksToday the 17th of August the fools now say they have returned my envlope back to sender. With luck they wont use usless gls again A snake would be quicker or if I walked to dublin I would be back long agoWould it be possible to show a -10 for this shower of wastersThis gets better one envlope was sent back to supplier. They posted it with on post yesterday at 1755.The post man handed me the envlope just now 1115.Great work on postStill laughing at the so called Gls playing fools with my other envlopeRoll on friday the director of consumer affairs should have a good laugh with gls fools12 October I ordered more items on the 7th gls delivered today so they can do it

If you care about your business don’t use GLS We are over 30 years in business and this crowd are the work shower off cowboys we unfortunately dealt withThey lie openly about it at else that were picked up and you will be lucky if it arrives at allYour customers will get annoyed at your company for delivery’s that’s don’t arrive then when you call GLS they will give you the runaround

Brought a car from v12 luton

Brought a car from v12 luton, got a warranty from AA not worth the time. the car had an AA inspection which include the steering and report said all ok. if the steering was ok why is it shaking bad at 50 to 60. I have been onto the company that deals with aa warranty "WMS" to sort my cars steering but not having any joy, my car is with an independent AA dealership garage they have given a price to fix the issue and are arguing on the labour the garage has given them, a price to fix wheel balancing and alignment as well as forcing locking wheel nuts off 1hr and WMS are refusing to pay the bill. if AA had done there warranty checks properly then I would not have this issue never use them again. also the garage that done the breaks didn't lose the key from v12 this might of been sorted
