What does it actually cover, I have bought 2 used cars that had very different issues within the warranty period, neither of which were covered. Boot straps failed within 2 months of purchase (this isn't wear and tear, I assumed mechanical, but no not covered!). Waste of time.
From start to finish, I must say that the Basildon branch has been excellent from the moment I walked into a showroom just after lockdown 1. They helped me put together a design and gave me honest feedback throughout the process on what works, what doesn't. Whenever I needed further clarification, the manager (Tara) was always available via phone call or late notice appointments to discuss options and samples etc. Communication exchange was prompt, frequent and reassuring. The designer (Helene) was meticulous in her planning and measurements, and given there were lots of other important things to consider in the redesign of my bedroom (such as floor levels / en-suite entrances / walls etc), I must say the fitted product has completely transformed my bedroom. Got some great advice from the production manager (Kevin) too on options. On installation date, the fitter was prompt, very courteous and looked after my property laying dust sheets, taking off shoes at the door etc. They also took my old sliding wardrobe doors away. Also, along with the great service I had received from the start, the other thing that swayed my decision was their choice of sliding rail used at the bottom, which I believe they import from Germany. Compared to other manufacturers I had visited, the mechanism was SO quiet, you can barely hear the doors opening and closing. Since this was to be used in my bedroom - this totally made sense. In terms of the price, yes it was a little more than I had expected to pay but the service and quality of the product more than makes up for it. Its Scam, Gov should probe these fraudsters, they will reject your claim citing ambiguous terms and conditions. My car's Airbag failed, and they rejected the claim. when I called them multiple people gave me different reason for rejecting it. No wonder they have lowest score on Trust Pilot. How they are even doing business with such a low trust of people ??
DO NOT PURCHASE ANY HP LAPTOP FROM THE WEBSITE! I was not able to cancel without the 15% restocking fee. I wanted to cancel 1 day after purchasing and the item was not even processed yet. I purchased an HP laptop on October 19, 2020 since I had a programming assignment due in November. The item was supposed to be supposed to be shipped within 2-8 standard business days. It is now November 21, 2020 and I have not received my laptop. I ended up purchasing another brand at Best Buy. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase any product from their online store. If you really need an HP product, use a third party seller where you can return without a 15% restocking fee. Always buy big ticket items with your credit card. Never with debit. I purchased with my debit card using Paypal and was not able win the dispute. Please stay away from this brand altogether. There are so many better brands that care for their customers and will not charge an outrageous return fee or have an incredibly inefficient shipping service. They will rip you off, just visit any Reddit thread or review website and you can read how terrible company HP is.
