Bought a car from v12 Newcastle under…

Bought a car from v12 Newcastle under Lyme. Had it a month and noticed a knocking from underneath somewhere. Booked into aa garage though the warranty company, when I arrived at the garage was told they don't cover aa warranty anymore. Told to go to a local garage by the warranty people. Went to two both said they won't take aa warranty. Took the car back to v12 who said they can't do anything so had to call the warranty company back to be told while on loud speaker in the v12 office that I'm a lier. Got booked into another aa approved garage who had my car all day gave it me back at 5pm saying when the warranty people let them know the claim has gone through they will then book the car back in for repair. Left 2 days. Rang warranty to get an update to say that its been escalated to a manager and they will be in touch by the end of the day. It's been 3 weeks since I raised an issue and my car has still to be diagnosed. Absolutely shocking service.

Ordered collection for parcel through Parcel2Go.Failed first time to collect. Rebooked for second time. Failed again. Rebooked for third time. No GLS driver again. Have checked tracking ID - GLS records say: "The parcel could not be picked up as the goods to be picked up were not packed" How??? Driver even didn't appear at my house, I was at home all 3 times.This is not a service, this is jeering, nothing to say, never never back again to this company

Ordered a package from the UK and it was handed over to GLS on the Friday, arrived this morning at my front door at half 11 with no issues whatsoever! Good service

Avoid, use An Post or DPD for reliability.

This courier service does not deliver door to door, despite having eircode provided in the address. The only services which do so are DPD and An Post. If you do not provide a mobile number, your package is returned to the depot or to the company who sent out the parcel if they cannot arrange for you to pick up your parcel at a place convenient to them.

Possibly the worst courier service in…

Possibly the worst courier service in Ireland, why do royal mail use these clowns.Nobody can say where my small packet is even though they have received it onto their Web tracker site and was due for delivery on 21 August now its 24 August at 6pm and still no small packet.

Collection date scheduled 18.8. Its 24th today and they say it will ‘probably’ be collected tomorrow. Drivers too busy. Do not take bookings if you cannot keep up!

My supplier uses GLS and I have no connection to the company other than that. My parcel arrived in Ireland on Friday and was delivered on Monday morning. On that basis I'm happy to give GLS a 5 star rating.

Brutal

Brutal, address was on the package, said they had no contact details but rang me on the number provided, gave them my eircode on the Monday still nothing by Friday. Worst company. Sitting in their depot 2 weeks and this is the 3rd time I've had this problem.
