Missing part after I received the laptop from Texas repair center

I had some freezing issues with my laptop. After trying everything (calling HP customer service several times for hours, using their USB recovery tool, updating drivers, updating Windows...), I figured out that the problem was on back side of laptop. When I applied some pressure there the laptop got unresponsive and i had to press and hold the power button to shut it down. After I send it to repair center, and got it back, I noticed that instead of 16gb memory I now have 8gb. I was in shock!!! I contacted HP and they told me that repair center will send it to me. Well, someone called from Texas repair center telling me that when they received the laptop it had only 8gb memory stick. I couldn't believe it !!!!! I told him to ask the technician or check their cameras because their technician is certainly 'knows' where my memory stick is. After that I called HP again, they told me that will contact me by e-mail or phone, BUT it never happened. What a customer service!!! Very disappointed!!! I will never buy another HP product.

Be careful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I spoke with HP direct before ordering a business Laptop, they confirmed the item was in stock and would be delivered the following day. surprise surprise no delivery was made, however the courier updated their system to say they had attempted delivery. NO deliver was attempted. Having spoken with HP they have no managers who this can be escalated to. They have refused a refund until the item had been returned. ORDER WITH EXTREME CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sceptical at first but well worth it

Purchased a car that came with AA warranty as standard and was sceptical at first given the reviews on here. After 2 1/2 weeks I had an issue with my Vauxhall Mokka and the AA (WMS Group) were brilliant in communicating with myself, the garage conducting repairs and the garage i purchased the car from. They covered 95% of the work (the exception being a carbon clean through the pipes being something separate that the garage found). Fingers crossed I have no more faults with my car but I'm now happier knowing they resolved everything so swiftly.

DO NOT BUY AN AA WARRANTY

DO NOT BUY AN AA WARRANTYI can not stress enough to anyone considering purchasing an AA Warranty, DO NOT DO IT. The warranty is not run by the AA directly but by a bunch of rip off con artists. To put it simply, you will pay for the warranty and then you will pay in full for any work required to your vehicle as they won't cover it.Any positive reviews on here I would suspect are fake. This company are the absolute worst.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Do not purchase any AA warranty, they are truly awful. The engine management light came on in our car on Monday, we actually managed to get through quite quickly, the advisor told us to take the car to any garage of our choosing. After speaking with no less than 20 garages, independents and Volkswagen dealers, all told us they would not deal with AA warranty. I was actually advised by several of them that the AA warranty is not worth the paper it’s printed on. They have tried to work with them in the past but the refuse to use manufacturer parts, as they say they can find cheaper alternatives online (namely China). They also refuse labour costs, again as they claim a job with three hours of labour could be done in a lot less. (One garage even said they had been told by the AA warranty advisor that he had watched a YouTube video which said the job could be done in a third of the time). We eventually managed to find a garage who accept AA warranty but everything including diagnostic test has been refused. Utterly worthless.

So thinking of buying a car with an AA…

So thinking of buying a car with an AA warranty. AA don't give any details on their website about what is covered etc by their warranty.Phoned Warranty Management Solutions Group. The wonderful company that is actually providing the warranty. They are absolutely useless too. Won't give any details too about what the warranty covers too. From only my initial interaction its clear that The AA is sub contacting out their warranty cover to someone else. The sub contractor isn't very helpful. That the bad reviews for the warranty are very very very credible.

Shame there isnt a minus star option

If there were a minus star option, I'd have chosen that. An absolute con! Buyer beware. Bought the Gold cover last year for a Mercedes. Technical issues. Took car to AA Approved garage...work totalled £2000. Refused by AA as 'not covered'. Experienced problems just this week, again AA refused. Not covered and no explanation given despite multiple emails back and forth. This is nothing but a scam. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..or it will cost you dearly. Cancel if you have it. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. Shocking!

DO NOT USE.. BIGGEST SCAM.. THEY DONT OR WONT PAT OUT FOR ANYTHING

DO NOT USE ! I PLEASE I BEG YOU NOT TO USE THEM. I am speaking from experience as I have the platinum package and I have made 4 claims in total all valid and none have been covered. This is the WORST WARRENTY I HAVE EVER BEEN WITH. THEY NEED TO GO ON WATCHDOG. Personally due to experiencing the worst service I do not know if they could even do anything to even make it better. I have been hit with over a total of about £8000 in bills to fix this car and still have to pay warranty. Currently as we speak I have to fork out another £629 to fix car as something has gone wrong with my the coding which obviously has nothing to do with me but they have declined claim yet again. Why I paid for the Gold package I do not know. I CAN DEFINITELY SAY GETTING WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY WAS ONE OF THE BIGGEST REGRETS IN MY LIFE. SAVE YOURSELF DONT DO IT
