Bought a second hand car came will 3 months aa warranty fee weeks later engine light came on rang the warranty was told to take it to a garage and pay for the diagnostics then call them back turned out needed new glow plug £185 rang the warranty low and behold sorry this isn't covered asked them to explain what was covered with the warranty anything mechanical and electrical sorry little bit confused isn't a glow plug little bit of both so I asked the question if my clutch has gone is that covered with warranty to the reply of no 110%wast of paper the warranty is printed on
AA warranty new provider WMSGroup the trying avoid paying claims for our customers from today we stop selling more warranties through AA , also we don’t trust anymore AA I have trying to contacted AA Admin and other deportments not helpful AA dealers and customer aware of do not proceed anymore with AA warranty otherwise paying from your pocket like I paid for most recent claims Avoid,Thanks
Do not in any circumstances buy or trust an AA warranty they are not worth the paper they are written on!As previously stated on other reviews they will always find a way of avoiding paying for any claim you make and you will end up paying for any repairs in full yourself.
Well I am not an dodgy customer this is not a fake review my air conditioning unit has just been replaced as per my warranty and would like to thank Nathan the call handler for his great customer service. I FOR 1 WILL KEEP MY WARRANTY GOING piece of mind £400 + havent had to pay out happy days .
As with the other 50% whom think AA are poor or bad the AA warranty was and is of no use to used cars , you may think AA warranty so must be good well it’s not not sure how a dealer gets AA approval but the standards must be low they gave there warranty to a dealer whom sold be a Porsche that MOT mileage went down one year so true mileage will never be known the dealer is Small Family Cars Salford . Regarding your reply about my review on Trust Pilot as stated your AA Dealer Approved scheme let me down badly as the Porsche Boxster I bought from an AA approved dealer was sold to me with mileage fraud so when I honestly sold the car with this brought to light I lost a considerable amount of money thanks to an AA approved dealer .
Can't believe they've never heard of ringing the recipient, both times missed both times here and yet phone no. on parcel, it's like they want to use more fuel, nevermind lesson learned, back to someone who'll throw it over the wall or leave it with a neighbor but it's always gets here.. FT..
When a GLS courier knocks on my door asking for my name (without stating his business first) then calling me a liar, he should not be asking for my id. Not only calling customers a liar is not okay, but shouting at them from the street “f yourself” is also not okay.Manners matter when it comes to business. This business is clearly below standard.
Bought a car a month ago from bay tree car sales in Spaulding. Lovely guy by the way. Got 12 months aa warranty,A week ago out of the blue warning lights started appearing so rang the warranty explained and got it booked into garage. Turns out it’s a faulty injector warranty won’t touch it and won’t pay for diagnostic test or anything complete waste of time !policy doesn’t seem to cover anything it’s a scam and the aa just don’t care. Andy at bay tree car sales is actually paying for my repairs himself as he believes what is happening is wrong.
The worst courier in Ireland. I'm still waiting on my parcel it's almost 2,5weeks ( order from Switzerland) which after 4 days was in Ireland and since then GLS don't want delivery to me or contact or update. Nothing. Not answering phone , you have to wait very long time . No respond for email. COMPLETELY IGNORED. THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!
