This purchase was very easy. My ring(s) are beautiful and my daughter who I pruchaed one for is going to enjoy wearing it as a reminder to just " Breathe" I purchased "Faith over fear" as this has became my moto when I went on a missions trip. God was with me every step of the way!
Ordering was easy, simple, very good directions. Nice selection of rings and very comfortable to wear. Quality seems good but had a bit of trouble with shipping, but I finally received it so all good now.
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I received the ring today and am so disappointed with the product I received. This was a gift for a friend who lost 2 of her cats within months of each other. The product I saw on the website was a far cry from what I received. The engraving is virtually invisible without a magnifying glass, and the ring was much smaller than it looked on the website. The metal is so thin it looks like it will easily break. I'm glad I didn't upgrade to the silver. I had thought to get one for myself and am glad now that I didn't.

The 2 rings I ordered for my daughters got held up in the mail, no fault of the company at all. I reached out to them and they could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They did all the tracking work and ultimately offered to replace them if they were lost. This would have been a lose to them but they didn't hesitate. The rings arrived and are stunning.
