Horrible! Never buy from this company! First they try to make an impression that they are a Canadian (or European) company. No - they ship from China. Then they sell you an item that looks good on the photo but what you receive does not correspond to what is shown - you receive a horrible quality item made from poor materials and it is totally ill-fitting. On the website they inform you that returns are possible, but they do not mention that you have to send the item to China at your cost - the return cost exceeds by far the price you paid. I managed to make a return through a friend traveling to China and I have the receipt for shipping and a proof that the item was received within the time required. No refund has ever been made. When you inquire about it, they first tell you that they need more time and when you inquire again the customer service that identifies itself as "Donna Brown" stops replying. Right now they have the vest I returned and the money I paid for it. NO REFUND though for the last 4 months! Scammers! Horrible experience - never again!
Horrible - service sucks, they claim to provide shipping labels for returns (which normally means it's a paid for return) not the case with these guys! And I trust you will want to return as the products are not the same as the website. I ordered a jacket, colours was completely wrong, style was wrong - was extremely disappointed after waiting almost 3 weeks for it to arrive .. to be told I have to pay to return basically something I didn't order as it's not as described in the least. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!
I would prefer to give no star at all,that is not an option. My regret is not looking at these reviews before I purchased 2 items.
I agree with the other reviewers. Poor quality, inaccurate size chart and impossible to return for a refund.
Caution!!! This site is deceptive, presenting itself as Canadian but originates from elsewhere!! The quality is poor!! There are essentially no returns or exchanges because you must pay for a traceable shipment back, which starts at $80. Moreover, they will only consider a return if they approve the item's condition once received! I was misled by the promise of free express shipping, thinking it would arrive before the holidays, yet it took almost two weeks to arrive from overseas!!!
Steer clear of this service as the clothing appears appealing online, but the reality is a poorly constructed and cheap alternative that bears no resemblance to what was promised. You won't receive the item you originally ordered. It's a scam, and returning the items requires you to cover shipping costs to an address overseas. Complete fraud.
The website appears to be credible, but unfortunately, it offers subpar clothing. I purchased an outfit believing it was genuine, but it turned out to be made entirely of polyester with a cheap texture and poorly positioned branding. Avoid the mistake I made; the quality does not match the price.
I usually refrain from leaving reviews, preferring to resolve issues directly with the company. However, I feel compelled to share this to alert others. What I believed to be a reputable Canadian company selling quality clothing has turned out to be a disappointment. This was a major factor in my decision to shop here, especially given their appealing return policy. Now, I’m hearing numerous negative experiences from others and I’m considering canceling my order. I've reached out via email twice to verify their Canadian status and clarify their return policy as advertised, but I have yet to receive a reply. I still haven't received my order and it feels like I've lost $159. This situation is unfortunate and they should not be allowed to continue operating. I would appreciate a refund, thank you.
AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS! I suspected it was too good to be true, and it turns out I was right. Usually, I check reviews before making a purchase, but I thought I’d take a chance. Big mistake. I got what I deserved. The items arrived but are POORLY MADE, completely different from what was promised and what I paid for. As a Canadian, I discovered that the "company" is based in China, and returning the items for a refund will cost me another 166 CAD, nearly the same amount I spent on this merchandise. I've blocked the email from the representative, who seems to be an AI, and I will never, EVER, shop from this so-called company again! Just don’t do it! The winter jacket I ordered? It couldn’t handle our northern winters. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER.
The product I received was not what I ordered—poor quality, incorrect styles, and wrong sizes. When I attempted to exchange or return, I was informed that returns for this supposedly Canadian company must go to China at my expense. It seems there was no intention to fulfill my order correctly. Do not order anything from this company.
