Refused to bring item of furniture…

Refused to bring item of furniture upstairs into building. They said they were told it was ground floor - I didn't say that, no one asked me, the address clearly says it's a flat. What's the point of paying £75 to get the bookcase into the yard? Now I'm going to have to pay a different two blokes to get it upstairs

Great experience

Received delivery of my three piece suite last night by driver Marinescu . Everything was superbly wrapped to prevent damage and great care taken when carrying through the house. Excellent communications after the point of sale to let me know when delivery would be.
