We’ve had Proovia deliveries a few times now and they have always done an excellent job. Delivery window sent prior, updates timings and tracking on the day, polite delivery guys and careful placement of heavy items where we needed them. Superb.

Several collection and delivery delays

Several collection and delivery delays. However, once collection was confirmed, delivery was quik and on time. My biggest issue was the states of the packaging that was delivered - the box containing the legs of the table was completely destroyed, and we were lucky there was no damage to the items as it would have been a costly hassel to have to get new ones sent.
