After I cancelled my email hosting, I was still charged for both accounts. Each time I reach out, they request the invoice number, even though I haven't received any invoices and have provided all account details repeatedly. I strongly recommend steering clear of this service.

If negative stars were an option, I would use them. This service is truly disappointing. My domain is fully paid and set to auto-renew, yet it stopped working and showed as expired. When I contacted them, they claimed it expired in March 2025, despite showing it paid until March 2026. I provided proof of payment, but they never responded, and now my domain appears cancelled!
This is completely unacceptable. I've been using the service for a year, and this month I've experienced three complete network outages. Last month, there was a cooling issue that shut down all servers. There's no SLA responsibility, the website is inaccessible for ticket creation, and phone calls and messages are ignored. I do not recommend this service!
We requested Plesk logins for a domain we own, which is fully paid, yet after 17 days, we still have no credentials. All we received is a response stating that the team is looking into our issue. How hard can it be to create Plesk credentials for an active account?
