We recently had cat fencing installed from Protectapet and couldn't be happier. Marc did a great job installing it and was very friendly and helpful. The cats love going outside (we had it installed at just the right time with this lovely weather!) so it was worth every penny! Big thank you to Marc for installing it and Jade for making sure we were up to date through the entire process.
This is the second time I have had Protectapet .. they are a wonderful team I have used them twice now and the customer service is excellent .. the time talking it through to make sure you are happy is also a bonus , Colin was extremely helpful to me along with Phil who really knows how to keep the cats in !! With his expertise .I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them they are 5 🌟 all the way .😸😸😸😸😸
Fabulous catio made on site earlier than expected which was a bonus. We can now open our french doors as it gets very hot in our new park home. My Sphynx cats love it when it's not windy. Mostly used by me for sunbathing ,so renamed a " humanio". It might catch on?
The plastic mesh arrived folded in half presumably to save money on postage. This gave a permanent large crease in the roll making it impossible to roll out and even more awkward to install. I contacted customer service who didn’t bother to reply. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing from this company
We bought our cat fence recently as Hubert our maine coon escaped we had an electric fence which at 1st wasn't powerful enough but protectapet were amazing and wouldn't rest until we were happy they kept in constant touch with us and were very efficient would definitely use again if need be and highly recommend
