Excellent company and cat protection system. Super easy quotation & planning service with Craig. Marc arrived today to fit the system - so friendly & really informative. Made adaptions to best suit the garden and made it as safe as possible. He ensured every gap and potential escape route was covered. I was concerned I would be anxious about letting my cat in the garden after installation but that went away instantly. The equipment used is so sturdy. Lead trained the cat recently for the garden which became stressful in itself with multiple trips in the garden and him meowing constantly at the door. Not a peep out of him this afternoon, running around the garden and in and out the patio doors. The cat hasn’t bothered to attempt scaling the fence. May sound over the top but completely life changing for indoor/garden only cats. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
I cannot recommend this company enough. Excellent, personalised service and professional throughout. Even when I had issues with one of my cats impersonating a ninja and escaping, a solution was quickly found and the issue resolved. They also offer personalised enrichment for the enclosure, depending on your pets needs. They travel throughout the UK to offer their specialised service. A real must if you want to protect your fur babies.
We received our DIY catio (we ordered the smallest size) in excellent condition. Assembly was straightforward, and the instruction manual was clear and easy to follow. The only minor issue we encountered was that some of the metal sections were a bit tight when fitting them together, but everything slotted into place perfectly in the end. Interestingly, we were sent enough mesh for three catios! While it’s great to have extra on hand for future repairs, we’re a bit short on storage space for the surplus.
A first class professional company. The whole process was friendly and professional. From my first phone call with Aaron, who talked me through everything and planned my garden, to Marcus and his colleague (sorry I cant remember his name) who came and did the instalation. Such lovely guys... extremely professional, the standard of work was impeccably and they made sure the garden was clean and tidy before leaving. They talked me through everything before they left and made sure I was 100% happy. There was also phone calls prior to instalation checking if I had any questions, and the aftercare phones double checking I was happy.
The ProtectaPet guys (Tom & Phi) turned up at 10am prompt on the morning of our fitting with all their fencing, posts, drills and radio 📻🎶🎶We had a few discussions on what would work out for the best (mainly going straight down our wonky grass, which we did 😅)The guys cracked on and in a few hours the ProtectaPet cat fence was up. 😻They explained we needed to supervise outside playtimes with the cats for a couple of weeks and where they thought they ‘may’ try to jump up at, but they had put extra fence over just to be safe. Tom & Phil were amazing and didn’t leave any small bits of plastic they cut off anywhere, you could tell they were animal lovers and took pride in their work.They said their goodbyesand then we were left to enjoy the first time in their little lives (1year) that the kitties had been outside (other than the vets) and how emotional it was 🥹ProtectaPet have been amazing from the outset, from speaking with Craig and sending in pictures of the area of the garden I wanted to use.Having the information to fully prepare the land with cutting back trees, and tree stumps and bushes.I was very impressed with the communication, and how smoothly everything went.Super impressed with the installation and how strong the fence actually is, obviously I’ve done my research, but it’s not until you do see it and touch it that you realise just the quality and strength of the fence.It has been the best money I’ve ever spent and I have such peace of mind now knowing that my kitties have a lovely large area to play in and enjoy and I can sit outside and enjoy it with them.So if you have any doubts at all just give them a ring, I definitely don’t regret it 😻😻😻and now have 3 very safe very happy kitties who don’t have to watch us through a window when we are outside.Cannot thank you enough 😻😻😻☺️
ProtectaPet fitted our catio on Wednesday and we are beyond impressed. From the initial enquiry to completion, the whole process was seamless and professional.Phil and Tom arrived exactly when they said they would, worked incredibly hard all day, and did a fantastic job. The quality of the installation is outstanding – our two cats are already loving their new space and adapting so well.The lads will be coming back to fit a double gate, then we can enjoy the final product. The customer service was excellent from the first contact to the installation. Martin arrived on time, was polite, friendly and worked hard even though he kept being interrupted by my neighbours two cats. My two cats have tested the fence, so far they haven't managed to get out. Thank you for my peace of mind.
