From the word go, the staff at ProtectaPet were very helpful and communication was excellent. The sales process was very straightforward and payment can be made in instalments. The catio is not a cheap option, but it is well worth the cost to keep my cats safe.
I first used Protectapet 15 years ago so when we needed something even more secure, naturally we turned to them again. They have built us a huge Catio, complete with shelves. Our cat is now happy and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Protectapet. Truly a professional and caring company.
We have had our Protectapet cat enclosure for two weeks now and we are thrilled with it:) Our two cats can now play safely in the garden and I don't have to worry about them going on the road/getting into a fight/getting stuck somewhere.Max and Tom did a brilliant job fitting the enclosure - it was a non-standard space and they were really thoughtful and considerate. Good quality product and by far the most aesthetically pleasing catio on the market. I was one of the first purchasers of this new design and whilst we did have a few difficulties due to lack of clarity of instructions and rough finishes on some of the parts, I am delighted with the final result and Protectapet were keen to take on the feedback and rectify the issues we encountered, to further improve others experience. Highly recommend. The parts are also very good quality.
Excellent quality fencing and now both my two older kittens are safe and secure! Incredibly happy and Warren was very friendly, took his time with the work and reassured me on everything regarding my cats safety and any potential escape points and he got those covered! I’m here a week later and no escapes! 😀 they are both more relaxed now that they can roam freely in and out of my home. Also pointing out that the free catnip mouse for both of them was such a lovely kind thing to do! My kittens went mental at first 🤣🥹
