Quality is ok, not worse than other brands but fit is a bit strange, very boxy and long in the back. So I decided to return for a refund. £30 handling fee and difficult return process means I wouldn’t bother buying from this brand again Update: Have been trying to return this item and was twice sent DHL barcodes that didn’t work, so now stuck with a shirt I don’t want
I recently bought a sweatshirt in size M, and when it arrived, it was much too big. I checked the website, which states that returns are free, so I went ahead and tried to return it. However, when I started the return process, I was shocked to find out that the return fee is around £40. This is completely misleading, especially for international buyers like myself.To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance. It seems like they are not transparent about the actual cost of returns. If you're an international customer, please be cautious when purchasing, as the returns process is not as straightforward or free as they claim.I won't be buying from them again.
Ordered there 5 times now and shopped in the Store 3 times.They delivered within 4 days from US to Germany for free.Had three times an issue.One time they gave me a Voucher, one time an item was out Of Stock an i was allowed to chose a higher priced item. One time i had stains on a new item. They delivered me a new one and Said i can keep the old one for free.Every time i get into contact it took between 2 Minuten (awesome) and 2 Hours to get an answer via Mail.The quality is not the outstanding Standard They advertise with but i love the style so much.

Ordered 2 items & received them 2 weeks later. Received the incorrect item and it’s a fiasco to return them. I’m still dealing with it at a month from purchasing. It’s so disappointing that they didn’t even offer to refund the shipping fee that states 3-5 business days. I will definitely not make any online purchases from this company again. The lack of efficient customer service does not match the high prices of their products.
Terrible service from your company. Ordered a matching set (hoodie and pants) before Christmas - (Large size) received 2 xxxl hoodies. Recover well right? Nope.Told me to select new items (as what was ordered originally was sold out) and message customer service. I did - items were in stock, 3 days later when they are no longer in stock you respond, ‘sorry, out of stock’. No kidding - how obtuse to expect this not to happen - I recommend anyone coming here not engage with Psycho Bunny. I should have just asked for a refund rather than allow you to fix this.
