Review Time
I am being charged every month. I just asked for 1 time information and I just noticed they habe been billing me without ny authorization. I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I go to the website and it says that the website is being sold.
I unintentionally agreed to a regular subscription when I purchased a one-time report from publicrecords, and didn't noticed the charges on my bank account until two months later. Fortunately, when I called customer service the rep was incredibly helpful and straightforward and canceled my account, plus refunded the most recent charge. When I sent a detailed email to customer service after the call, they graciously refunded the other unintentional subscription charges. It seems dodgy that they don't send initial emails with notification of automatic subscription sign up or details or account management, billing period, payment amount, etc. They need to be more transparent about the subscriptions and terms and conditions. But luckily they have great customer service to help resolve issues like this!
Online customer service was very easy. The only thing I don’t care for with this account is, I didn’t realize they were going to keep charging me and they never did give me the information that I was actually looking for. Beware when signing up online for one of these accounts, they just keep charging you.
