I am extremely satisfied with my Duotts N26 bike. Everything is extremely well designed and high quality.
👉 Excellent battery life, better than expected.
👉 The bike has a fully legal restricted mode, where the throttle is limited to 6 km/h, making it 100% compliant.
👉 This restricted mode can be deactivated, and once unlocked, the bike delivers its full power with a very responsive throttle.
👉 Mobile app unlockable with the phone, simple and efficient.
👉 Bike unlock code can be changed, which is very practical and reassuring for security.
🔥 The bike really turns heads wherever I go, and it is extremely powerful and responsive when unlocked. Strong acceleration, lots of torque, and a very punchy feeling — a real pleasure to ride.
The customer service is outstanding:
– very fast responses,
– extremely kind and professional staff,
– clear explanations for everything,
– very detailed shipment tracking from start to finish.
Regarding delivery, the transport service is top-notch, but it’s important to mention one thing:
📞 the delivery company will call you (via Sébastien) to confirm the delivery. If you don’t answer the phone, the package will not be delivered, so make sure to pick up.
The wheels are huge but perfect: very comfortable and stable.
I already have 500 km on the bike, and no issues at all so far.

This is my second bike from this brand (the first one was unfortunately stolen). Overall, it's a solid and dependable bike. However, the second one seems to be less resistant to moisture. After six months of use, the chain and fork developed rust, the rear light failed due to moisture, and the display likely broke for the same reason. The region has a very humid climate (humidity is almost always over 70-80%). Nevertheless, the customer support is outstanding – replacement parts have always been sent promptly. The batteries are of high quality, and I haven't noticed any decline in capacity. Overall, I highly recommend products from this brand!
I bought a C29 bike in February for exercise instead of going to the gym. The bike works wonderfully, but I did face two issues: one with the rear brake and another with the controller replacement. The support team quickly sent both spare parts, and after replacing them, the bike feels brand new after 1800 km. Thank you to the company and the representative!

I ordered a bike a month ago and still haven't received anything. I’m beginning to suspect they might be scammers. I made the purchase on the official website during the presale on November 28. However, with the December 10 presale approaching, my order has yet to arrive. Something feels off here.
