I've visited a few cosmetic clinics in London. This is the first clinic where I've felt at ease. The reception staff are lovely and very friendly. The clinic is clean, bright and spacious. Dr. Robert Humpfries is warm, friendly and attentive. (I've visited other clinics where doctors don't smile and are not friendly). I received excellent natural results exactly what I was looking for. Definitely 5*
Super happy with the service. The staff is upmost professional yet friendly and very welcoming. I have been kept up to do with each appointment by a call and text. I felt relaxed and stress free while at the clinic and the procedure (CO2 Laser) went well and I’m very happy with the overall outcome. Highly recommend
Had an incredibly positive experience at Pulse Light Clinic for tattoo removal service, very kind and helpful reception team, notably the manager Dearbhla, and all of the staff carrying out treatments were well informed and well trained, if you're having any doubts don't worry just book in you won't regret it!
love this clinic. I've been in so many clinics but nothing compere with this one. The staff is friendly,helpful and they know what treatment you need. I've had laser hair removal and IPL treatment at pulse light and have really enjoyed the experience. Laser hair removal has been amazing I've had at least 80% reduction in my hair, I go occasionally for top up treatments if required. It can be painful (depending on area) but it's definitely worth it. Shaving would irritate my skin and lead to rashes in the summer which doesn't happen now! All the technicians have been lovely and always happy to answer any queries I've had. Similar experience with IPL can be painful but love the results. The technicians were very helpful and explained the whole process and what to expect.
Went in for a consultation prior to my first session. The staff were really nice and explained things really well. First session also went quite comfortably as they answered all my questions and were reassuring throughout the process. I have done a few sessions elsewhere (not UK) so I noticed a bit more hair growth sooner than I expected but It’s something I can see will reduce over the number of sessions so not too concerned about it. All in all a great experience with the Liverpool St team.
So far I have only 1 laser hair removal treatment done with Pulse Light Clinic. I have had other sessions done before in another place. However, the results I got from the first session in Pulse Light Clinic were far better than what I have experience before. So far I only have good impressions. Everything is clean and tidy. Staff is good and kind.
