Review Time
I paid for a endolift procedure around April and went for a review 3 months later on the 18 of July. The results were very disappointing. I was advised this procedure would soften and cause a nice lift around my laugh lines. Although, the “real results” would be after 6 months, I’ve seen nothing to suggest that the results would be worth the £1,900 (after discount) that I paid. Additionally, I was told that I can undergo another procedure (Morpheus8) that would give me the results that I was looking for (not sure why I wasn’t given this option in the beginning). However, the price on the website was wrong and the procedure would be significantly more expensive. I was reassured that they would contact me to see if they can lower the price, but I have not heard anything in over 3 weeks. Furthermore, I must add that the staff and the doctor that performed the procedure were very nice and reassuring. But, the communication (relating to the new procedure to lower the price or not) and the endolift results (so far) are not what I expected. I’ll amend this review after the 6 months…. If the procedure actually works or there’s an improvement of sorts. Update (23-08-24) After my recent review, I’ve decided to have an additional treatment (Morpheus8) that the Pulselight team recommended. The team were quite meticulous in explaining both the benefits of Morpheus 8 combined with the endolift procedure. The team also gave me a complimentary 1st session as a nice gesture.I can’t fault pulselight for their relentlessness in helping improve my appearance & customer satisfaction.Bravo 👏🏾 I will make further updates after my Morpheus8 treatment.
My experience at Pulse light Clinic at 20 EastCheap..Staff members that lack professionalism at the desk, are passive-aggressive, and impolite when speaking on the phone. Additionally, concerning Dr. Robert, there has been no apology for his extremely late arrivals on the two occasions. My skin was nearly scarred for good because he failed to instruct me when to start my medication which supposed to be taken days before treatment. I sought medical treatment elsewhere to prevent scarring since my skin had a disastrous breakout after laser treatment.
5 star Sylfirm X treatment by Stella, thank you.The results are just great. Although Sylfirm X is known to be a very effective treatment, there can apparently be a big difference in results depending on the skills of the person carrying out the treatment. So ask for Stella!Stella was also very good in addressing the particular concerns I had, and she consistently checked if I was comfortable with the treatment, adjusting the power as necessay.I await the results of my third and final treatment with great anticipation.
I had my first tattoo removal session with Lucy at the Manchester clinic and I can’t praise her enough. She was fantastic at explaining the process and my results are amazing after just one session! Lucy really made me feel at ease and her professionalism really shone through. I can’t wait to see the finished result.
