After a telephone consultation, I went to the clinic to have a treatment done ( I had to pay the whole price at booking!) , when I was told that I had a contraindication so they won`t be able to deliver the treatment, I should have been told this during the telephone consultation. I went down to London for a whole weekend to have this treatment done , which cost me a lot ( travel, hotel, food etc). Absolutely unprofessional, they could say nothing but sorry. Be careful, look up the contraindications yourself or might be better to choose another company.

Liverpool Street Clinic: Maria is an absolute star! I was nervous about getting laser hair removal done without numbing cream, but she completely put me at ease. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and caring demeanour made me feel like I was in good hands.Not only is Maria amazing at her job, but she's also incredibly detail-oriented. She made sure to explain every step of the process and constantly checked in to see how I was feeling.
