This company used to operate under another name. I ordered two sets months ago but only received two bags of cotton, needles, and an unpicker. The items were not what I expected; they arrived in plastic bags, and the cotton feels rough and cheap.
If I could give zero stars, I would. It has been 23 business days since I placed my order, and I still haven't received it. The tracking info indicates no movement since 8/29/25. I had been communicating with someone in customer support since September 4, but they have stopped responding since I requested a refund or replacement.
